Great Question!

I was ask if I was given any warning before being fired.  The answer is that there was no warning.  In fact the manager asked almost weekly during training if I had time for this job; as if I would quit.  My answer was alway, 'this job works with my schedule and the that I work hard to stick with my schedule of family, work, school, and community.'
The Manager questioned me so often that I finally asked, 'I have never missed an appointment... I'm here training with you... why do you keep asking me if the schedule works for me?'
The truth was that she was sizing me up.  Setting me up for the demands that went outside of an 'every other' weekend commitment.  I agreed to work the office two weekends a month and clean up around the pool for about an hour a week; as apart of moving into Pennbrooke  The manager demanded much more than we agreed to and then fired me because I could not clean vacant apartments; on my weekend off.
What a waste of time and resources!
